I am a certified yoga instructor who has been studying and teaching for decades. I specialize in Integral Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow and YogaWorks style yoga.

In the USA, I have taught in Los Angeles and New York. Internationally, I have taught in India, China, Africa, and Europe. I love turning people on to yoga and have enjoyed teaching children, elders, pregnant women, beginners, and advanced practitioners. Yoga brings us back to our birthright: feeling at home in our bodies and connected to spirit.

Pantanjali's second sutra says,

"Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha," which means: yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
